Care is taken to write accurate descriptions and but occasionally mistakes may happen. 2) Although we do avoid this when possible, item prices on our website may occasionally differ to the price offered at the same time in one of our office shops.
3) All prices are inclusive of any VAT payable, where applicable. The price you pay for any item and its delivery will always be the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale. Prices of each item does not include the cost of delivery, unless specified in the description. We reserve the right to change prices on our websites at any time without notice to you. Every effort is made to guarantee that prices shown are accurate when you place your order. Eligibility & Availability
To buy items from our website, you must be 18 years of age or over. You must have a debit or credit card available to use in your name. You also must give a delivery address that is in the UK OR in one of our International delivery locations; this may vary according to the items ordered. When placing an order you must always give your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details requested.
NWN Media has the right to decline a new customer registration and suspend any account at any time. We have the right to not accept an order for any reason.
NWN Media always try to ensure that all items displayed on our site are in stock. We try our best to label an item as "out of stock" on our website if the item is not available. If for reasons out of our control we are unable to supply a particular product, NWN Media are not liable to supply the product to you. We can only ensure that you will not be charged for said product. Certain items may have a longer delivery time, as they are not held in stock. We will always try to let you know as soon as possible if any particular item is unavailable for purchase. To guarantee availability of all our items, we have the right to place restrictions on how many units of a particular product you can order at any one time. NWN Media reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale for any reason.
NWN Media only accept payment in Pound Sterling, by credit/debit card. If an exchange rate is applicable to your order the card provider will establish the rate of exchange and include an administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
We try to guarantee that using a credit or debit card when using the online store or using the click and collect option is secure. The server encrypts your credit card number details and personal information before securely transmitting them.
When your order has been placed, you will receive an email recognising and confirming the details of your order. The email you receive will not be an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it.
A contract between us regarding the order you have placed will only be formed when we send you an email to confirm that the items have been dispatched. The contract will therefore be formed in the UK and the language of the contract will be English.
Payment is taken from your account upon submission of your order online. This is not when the contract between yourself and NWN Media is formed (please see above).
A refunded payment will be paid in Pound Sterling and will always match the amount that was paid in Pound Sterling for the item and delivery (only when the delivery charge is refundable). We are not liable for any losses caused to you as a result of any currency fluctuations or exchange rates applied by your credit or debit card provider.
Delivery to your home may incur a charge. The delivery charge is added to your total order. If your order is made up of a mixture of small/medium sized items you will incur a 'standard delivery' charge dependent onthe order value. Product orders totalling over £30 will qualify for FREE delivery.
In regards to the majority of the small/medium sized items in our store we always aim to have then delivered to you within 5 working days for most UK postcodes.
Sometimes a signature may be required at delivery. When you place an order you authorise us to accept signatures from another person at your address on your behalf (If you need to sign for an item and you're not present at the time of delivery).
Possession of an ordered item does not pass to you until the item has been delivered to you. This is either directly or if it is left in a safe place, with a neighbour or when it has been picked up from the click and collect point.When we have delivered the item any accountability for breaking, loss and risk of any purchased item is passed on to you.
Draw your Mum gifts are made to order and therefore delivery takes a bit longer. Goods are despatched by 1st Class Royal mail however you should allow a minimum of 5 working days for delivery after receipt of order and payment.
Should your order include a large item, you have a responsibility to check easy access to your property before placing an order.
Cancelling an order - Due to change of mind prior to or at the time of delivery
If you wish to cancel an order then you need to contact us. We supply a helpdesk number and an online form for you to cancel an order. This can be found in the delivery section. If the item hasn't been despatched the order will be cancelled and the full price paid can be refunded.
If the item has already dispatched before the order is cancelled, we are unable to prevent delivery to you. If you refuse to sign for the items they will be returned to us and the cost of your order refunded as well as the cost of a standard delivery charge for delivering the items to you.
Some items may not be eligible to return (because of hygiene reasons and because they may expire rapidly). This product should not be returned to us unless it is faulty or damaged.
In certain casesyou may not be able to cancel only part of an order. You may however be able to return an order and receive a refund. In this instance, customer services will explain this to you.
Cancelling an order within 28 calendar days after delivery
An order can be cancelled for any reason within 28 calendar days after delivery to your home or to your local NWN Media store.
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 28 days with proof of purchase for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You can cancel an item by following the guidelines as set out in the Returning Item(s) paragraph below. You are entitled to a refund according to the "Refund Policy" below.
You're responsible for the cost of returns which are not damaged or that fit the description on the website described. Subject to any rights you have under UK or your national consumer legislation.
Care must be taken of items in your possession. If reasonable care is not taken and items are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit we won't accept the items.
If you have paid for any premium delivery services, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference between the cost of standard delivery and the cost of a premium delivery.
Goods ordered for Draw your Mum or Draw your Dad are made to order and therefore orders cannot be cancelled once placed and no refunds can be issued if the information you give is incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights should the products fall below the required manufacturing standards or is damaged during transit.
Returning an Item
You can take your order to any of our stores along with the note you received with your package and the card which you used to buy the order; alternatively you can send the order with the delivery note which you received with the package to The Leader, 10 High Street, Wrexham, LL13 8HP indicating which part of the order you are returning.
Returning a damaged, mis-described or faulty or item.
In the event that your order is visibly damaged, don't accept the item and enter on the Returns Form or delivery note "Damaged" along with a brief description of how or where the item is damaged.
If you accept the item and find they are damaged/ faulty/mis-described or that there are certain parts missing, it is possible you are able to get a refund, price reduction or a replacement. When a replacement is not an option perhaps because the product no longer exists then a refund will be offered.
When you detect that an item is faulty, return the item to us as soon as possible. Indicate on the Delivery Note the issue and your preference as to if you would like a refund or a replacement. Return faulty the item with all the components you received. Please include the original packaging if it is possible.

Your rights under UK or your national consumer legislation and any Manufacturer Guarantees are not affected.
Refunds may take up to 20 days to appear in your account. This depends on what bank you use and where it's located. Any refund payment which is due to you will be paid within 14 days from the day we receive the items back.
In regards to items returned which are damaged, faulty or mis-described:
If they are returned within 14 days after delivery to your home or to one of our offices, we refund the price paid for the item and the standard delivery charges in Pounds Sterling.
If you return the items after 14 calendar days from the day after the date of delivery, we will not refund the initial delivery charges which you paid to deliver the items you are returning.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items which are not damaged, faulty or mis-described, subject to any rights you have under your national consumer legislation.
If items are parts of a set you must return all parts in order to qualify for a refund.
Our products are for your personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
The above statement doesn't limit or affect our liability resulting from any items sold being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the items, subject to any rights under your national consumer legislation.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms & Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms & Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to UK law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts.
Submitting Online Customer Reviews
You are able to post reviews and comments about specific items. Content will be removed if it is illegal or perceived as abusive, threatening or invasive of others privacy. Comments will also be removed if they are defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise causing injuries to third parties. Comments that contain political campaigning, chain letters, or spam will also be removed. This will be up to NWN Media's discretion. Do not use a false e-mail address or impersonate any person.
NWN Media reserves the right to remove or edit any Customer Reviews to make them suitable for publication on www.yourpapershop.co.uk

Grant NWN Media a royalty-free and fully sub licensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display your content throughout any of our media outlets, newspapers, social media and e-mail campaigns.
NWN Media has the right to use the name and location that you submit in connection with a customer review, if they choose.
You represent that you own all of the rights to the Customer Review that you post; as of the date that the Customer Review is submitted to NWN Media. You need to make sure the customer review is accurate; You agree to cover NWN Media for all claims brought by a third party against NWN Media arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of the warranties above.
